We currently ship all orders through USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once the package leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Doce45 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking information if you encounter any delivery issues.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or refused delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again in order to have the order resent.
