Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a time-framed return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or does not fit you.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at doce45pr@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Keep in mind that all orders are shipped through USPS, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur during transit. For this reason, every exchange request will be carefully evaluated for approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as earrings, sale items, or gift cards.


Refunds

No refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit only.
